How to delete your account?

OneBanx app and TSB Cash Kiosk app:

1. Sign into the app.
2. Go to the Settings tab or tap “Profile” (whichever is available)
3. Select “Delete my account” and confirm.
4. Your account will be removed and you won’t be able to sign in.

OneBanx will retain transactional data for 6 years or longer, if necessary. Your personal data will be removed wherever it is possible, but may be kept for longer under some circumstances.
