What is the maximum I can deposit?

You can deposit £1500 per day and a maximum of £5000 semi-annually.

What is the maximum I can withdraw?

You can withdraw £500 per day and a maximum of £3000 per month.

Can I withdraw my limit from more than one account at a time?

The daily limit is £500 per person not per account.

What can I do at the TSB Cash Services pop-up?

Our services are constantly expanding and updating. Below is a list of our current services as of January 2022:

If you have online banking, you can:

- Deposit cash

- Make payments

- Withdraw cash

- See all of your accounts, balances and recent transactions in the app

If you do not use online banking, you can:

- Deposit cash and coins

- Pay bills with cash

- Make payments

Do I need a smartphone to use the TSB Cash Services pop-up?

We have iPads available in the pop-ups for our customers to use when completing transactions (During opening hours). However, as an extra level of security, your bank may occasionally ask for you to sign in to your online banking account. As such, please ensure that you keep your details handy to ensure that you can carry out your transactions.

Will I get to speak with a real person? ( Will someone be able to help me if I need help)

Of course! We know that many people still value face-to-face human interaction, and we want to bring people back to banking.

Our teams are available Mon-Sat 10:00am-5:00pm, Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.

We're here to help you with signing up, using the ATM, or anything else that you may have a question about.

How quickly will money go into my account once I deposit it?

Using faster payments, your money will normally be in your bank account within 2 hours of depositing.

If you still have not received your funds after this period, please contact the Helpdesk either via email or phone.

Can I send money abroad?

Not yet, but this is something we hope to offer in future.

What banks can I withdraw money from?

You can withdraw from any of your TSB accounts.

What banks can I deposit into?

You can deposit cash into any TSB account.

How many bank accounts can I have connected to my account?

There is no limit to the number of TSB accounts you can link to your dashboard.

Who can I contact if I'm experiencing issues?

What is the relationship between OneBanks Hub and TSB?

OneBanks Hub and TSB have formed a partnership to bring cash withdrawals and deposits to TSB Cash Kiosks. OneBanks Hub provides the technology platform to TSB, and publishes the TSB Cash Kiosk app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What they need for IB and MB access they need to use the service?


How will you be processing my data and how long will I be consenting to sharing my data?

Can I use other OneBanks Hub locations?

No, you cannot use the TSB Cash Kiosk app at other OneBanks Hub locations.

Can I use the device out of hours?

No, you cannot use the device out of the kiosk opening hours. You can access the kiosk Mon-Sat 10:00am-5:00pm, Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.

Are Scottish or Irish notes accepted?

Yes, you can use Scottish or Irish notes at the cash kiosk.

Complaints and disputes?

If You have a complaint You can;

To help us investigate, we'll need:

  1. Your full name, address and a preferred daytime phone number;
  2. Your email address;
  3. a description of the circumstances and facts that have given You reason to complain; and
  4. details of the impact that the relevant issue has had on You.

How do I know I can trust you with my money?

OneBanks Hub is certified by the FCA. Nothing changes about your current banking setup  - your money will remain in your existing account.

In the kiosk itself, we have strong security measures in place, including CCTV and alarm systems, so you and your money are always protected.

What are the kiosk opening times?

Mon-Sat 10:00am-5:00pm, Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.

Can I buy foreign currency at the kiosk or order foreign currency online?

Not yet but we are continuing to expand our services in the future.

Can I exchange notes/coins at the kiosk?

This service isn't available.

OneBanks Hub is not a bank and is not a Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) participant. OneBanks Hub acts as an agent of Sentenial Limited to process the transactions for customers using Open Banking.
