Role: Marketing Manager

We are an innovative new fintech business bringing in-person banking back to the high street by using cutting edge technology to become the leading shared banking network in the UK. We believe it’s better to get help in person, with a person, so we understand what you really need.
No matter which bank you’re with, you can use OneBanks Hub to deposit and withdraw cash, make payments and get help with setting up or using online banking.

We currently have 3 OneBanks hubs in Scotland with plans to open more across the UK. With a number of exciting partnerships in the pipeline, the future is bright and it’s a great time to come & join us!
You'll need to be able to think commercially but most importantly you’ll have a passion for inclusion and for our social purpose.
You'll need to be innovative and experimental, with a "can do" attitude to problem solving– we're doing something that has never been done before – there is no playbook!
You'll bring 'big picture' thinking alongside a practical and pragmatic approach that means you are able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in too.
A collaborative team player. You'll work right across our business and at all levels to help define our marketing strategy and our brand. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills mean you'll be able to articulate your ideas to stakeholders at all levels and manage external partnerships and agencies.
You are creative with great ideas. You have strong skills in artwork, copywriting and digital content design.
What you'll deliver:
Marketing Strategy - with a clear execution plan linked to our business objectives - including more local marketing activity around kiosk growth.
Creative content & campaigns - resulting in a powerful and clear brand and increased brand awareness.
Strong results - Campaigns will lead to enhanced customer acquisition and significant increase in both the number of users and transactions
Effective channel strategies - You will ensure the quality & effectiveness of all of our channels and identify future channels for marketing opportunities
Strategic campaigns - You will run creative marketing campaigns from the idea initiation through to overseeing content creation and sales collateral to help convert more prospects.
Reporting - Defining, measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing channels/campaigns. You will also report on marketing spend and ROI.
Knowledge & capability building - You'll work collaboratively across the business to ensure there is buy in to and understanding of our brand and future campaigns. You will support others to become brand ambassadors for their own areas e.g. by managing internal and external presentation packs, supporting speakers at external events, advising on branding in recruitment campaigns etcLine Management - You will be responsible for the management of our Marketing Coordinator who takes the lead on managing our social channels and kiosk marketing campaigns
