Do I need to change my bank?

Absolutely not. We’re here to make life easier for you.
We understand that banks may have had to leave your high-street and communities, so `we’re here to restore the balance and help bring back the everyday banking services you want and need – irrespective of who you bank with.

Does anyone do this already?

We’re not the first to do this, however, we believe that we can do it with putting people and the community first.
We’re working with banks to make sure that we are located in areas that matter and to make sure that we’re open when you need us – not just for those few hours where you’re already juggling work and the school run.
We are using the latest technology called Open Banking to ensure that information is real-time, secure and reliable.
We’re also not going to charge you for accessing your own money.
To us, it wouldn’t be right.

Key Features

Is it free to use?

Of course – it’s your money and it doesn’t seem fair to charge you for depositing and withdrawing cash.

What is Open Banking? And is it secure?

Open Banking relates to the industry push to make banking services more accessible. As part of recent regulation, banks were asked to make certain types of information more accessible to allow new companies (like us) to act on behalf of customers (you) to make life easier.
Being able to see all your account balances in one place is the most common use of Open Banking, but it goes a lot further than that.

It’s all based on the notion of ‘Explicit Consent’ that means you, the customer, have to agree for certain actions to take place- nothing happens without this and once you give consent, we have to make sure all data is treated safely and securely!
